VOTING LABOUR OUT OF HABIT
Because of generations of voting Labour right back to when Labour began at the turn of the 20th Century, there is an old saying, that if a pig had a red Labour rosette round its neck, a loyal Labour voter would vote it into government.
But Labour has betrayed all its faithful voters by not bringing back the 1975 law Labour passed to guarantee pensions, that the Tories revoked in 1993.
So government is under no legal obligation to pay state pensions, which explains all the lost state pensions in the Flat Rate, especially to women.
The amount of people being left with nil income in old age has rocketed with the Flat Rate Pension coming in 2016. Not even 30 per cent of new claimants will get the new flat rate, and even with that will get less as the Flat Rate Pension ends Pension Credit and SERPs / S2P.

The state pension of £144 may indeed be under what the EU says under the Social Charter it should be, as the £138 they suggested, when the basic state pension is around £102-£110, had not taken into account all the tsunami of benefit cuts and bedroom tax imposed on the most vulnerable and on the working poor.
LABOUR AND TORIES EXACTLY THE SAME PARTY NOW
This came from a small Tory-like right wing party called English Democrats, that are good mates with the Scottish Nationalist Party, in their campaign newsletter for the European elections this May:"The Economic Recovery
We all welcome the recovery that is underway. But why has it taken so long?
Why will we still be suffering austerity for many years?
Had the Chancellor in 2010 decided to cut the current expenditure overspend over 5 years whilst maintaining capital expenditure there would have been an outcry.
But growth would have been accelerated by at least a year.
This means that 2014 would be our third year of significant growth, unemployment would have be much lower, the economy would now be larger than in 2008 and we would not be facing years of austerity.
Gordon Brown failed in his primary duty of maintaining public finances.
Chancellors are supposed to borrow money during a recession when tax revenues fall and fail to cover the increase in welfare costs.
Then when growth returns they are supposed to run a surplus to pay back the debt as tax receipts increase and welfare costs decline.
This he failed to do leaving the incoming Chancellor with a knotty problem.
Did Osborne get the best solution?
If you cut capital expenditure and raise VAT you automatically reduce future growth.
But that is what the Osborne did!
In a recession you need to ensure your capital expenditure is keeping local people in work.
Two projects, out of many, come to mind:
- a programme to build 200,000 one/two person social housing and another
- to improve flood defences."

IS LABOUR PALE BLUE?
Ed Balls Shadow Chancellor, has said if Labour win next general election, Labour will:
- continue to Tory idea of having a cap on welfare spending
- will continue Tory spending plans and
- be even harder on welfare reform than the Tories.
Voting Labour you might as well vote UKIP.
UKIP is bringing mirth in calling itself the party of the working class, when they shouted just as loud as the Tories against the EU, who said benefit and state pension should have been £138 per week under international treaty law.
THIS IS WHY LABOUR FEAR SCOTTISH INDEPENDENCE?
A Free Scotland after 18 September 2014 referendum on Scottish Independence, would guarantee, according to Labour, a permanent Conservative government in England.
Why?
Because there is one lone Tory MP in Scotland.
Whereas Labour as 41 Labour MPs in Scotland out of a total of around 257 Labour MPs in the UK.
Which means Labour would never again win a sizeable majority in England and Wales in a general election, as Tories number around 300 MPs.
With Lib Dems a party going into oblivion, with only around 56 MPs, which we can but hope vanish in the next year's general election.
A FREE SCOTLAND GIVES BEST CHANCE EVER FOR A COALITION OF REAL SOCIALIST PARTIES IN ENGLAND TO WIN 2015 GENERAL ELECTION
Labour would struggle to get enough votes to form a government in 2015 without Scotland Labour.
The Lib Dems are only a handful up in Scotland.
So real socialists have their core vote of the urban poor - the proletariat - we now call the working poor and all the victims of welfare reform to bank upon as the best chance in UK history to win a general election.
Real socialists would say vote Labour, get Tories back.
A coalition of socialists might say, your life depends on voting true socialist. No-one else cares.
SO-WHAT ABOUT THE IGNORED GREY VOTE BASHED BY ALL CURRENT PARTIES AND COMPLETELY IGNORED BY NEW SOCIALIST PARTIES?
The grey vote will just vote blind as usual, as they have done for over a century.
Despite the fact that all the current political class of Tory, Labour, Lib Dem, Greens - all have gone in for pensioner bashing, making pensioners poorer and poorer.
Fuel poverty kills the over 50s by around 30,000 a year each winter.
All current parties believe in Austerity and Welfare Reform and have enacted it, either in national or local government. And Pension Reform has been lumped into Welfare Reform.
But as Gandhi observed, People's Politics Are Their Daily Bread, and a party anti-Austerity and anti-Welfare Reform, that gave pensioners hope, might just get into government.
WHAT THE SWANS OFFER FOR THE GREY VOTE - OVER 45 YEARS OF AGE
- No party offers full state pension at 60 for all citizens - The Swans would.- Having The Swans in government would guarantee the end of Welfare Reform and Austerity, as The Swans new party would be in parliament along with the new socialist parties.
