For Women Squeezed Middle Income Biggest Losers on Jobs, Tax and Credits for Kids. For Working Poor including Half Women 60-66 Lost State Pension. For All Losing Benefits No Other Income Chance especially disabled/chronic sick. For the Starving only Fed 3 times in a year. WORK STILL MEANS HUNGER</h2>
The government maintains that welfare reform is to push people into work and so lift themselves out of poverty.<br />
<br />
Yet half of poverty is within the working poor, with a legal minimum wage far below the living wage.<br />
<br />
Half the benefits bill is the working poor, hit by the benefits cap and bedroom tax.<br />
<br />
With only 3 per cent of the benefits bill on the unemployed.<br />
<br />
The other half of the benefits bill are pensioners. and they too go hungry.<br />
<br />
Inbetween, these are women reaching 60 since 2013 who lost state pension payout, who could have gained the food money and still remain in work.<br />
Worse is to come from 2016 when many women will never get a state pension:<br />
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a><br />
<br />
Half of women between 60 to 66 are within the working poor.<br />
<br />
The majority reason women between 60 to 66 not in work is due to being disabled / chronic sick and those benefits being lost.<br />
<br />
People over 60 are not listed within unemployment statistics.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
FOOD BANKS ARE NOT ENOUGH</h2>
Families who are sanctioned off benefits cannot get a voucher for a food bank.<br />
<br />
You have to be on benefits to get a food bank meal.<br />
<br />
There is a rule that a claimant can get only 3 vouchers in a year.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY ARE FOOD BANKS NEEDED AT ALL IN 7TH RICHEST NATION ON EARTH?</h2>
Waiting for benefits for many weeks or even over a month, then told not getting benefit, is also a reason for hunger.<br />
<br />
Why are those not receiving benefit by receipt of letter from DWP, not using this in lieu of vouchers to get food?<br />
<br />
Many times, the government has been told that families have only a few pounds a week to feed a whole family of a couple and two or three kids or more, in many documentaries.<br />
<br />
Now we have Dispatches tonight at 7.30pm - Dispatches Breadline Kids (repeated Thursday 3.10am) showing a mother with only £1.20 a day per person food money.<br />
<a href="http://www.channel4.com/programmes/dispatches/4od#3712963">http://www.channel4.com/programmes/dispatches/4od#3712963</a><br />
<br />
However, this documentary finally shows that 2 out of 3 of the kids going hungry are in families with one adult in work on low wages, zero hour working contract or low income self employment.<br />
<br />
Doctors sent a letter through the Lancet medical journal of 1 May 2014, to government to inform people in work were going hungry and malnutrition cases had doubled over last 5 years. It has to be recalled that it takes about a month or more to be so malnourished to need medical care to prevent death from starvation.<br />
<a href="http://medimoon.com/2014/05/170-public-health-experts-call-on-pm-to-take-action-on-nutrition-and-hunger/">http://medimoon.com/2014/05/170-public-health-experts-call-on-pm-to-take-action-on-nutrition-and-hunger/</a><br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
FOOD POVERTY IS FOR ALL AGES TODAY</h2>
Some kids are going to free breakfast clubs run by churches, because there is no food in the house at all.<br />
<br />
Why are schools not giving free meals to all children of the working poor, to end any chance of Rickets in kids in England?<br />
<br />
Oxfam said that a third of those struggling for food money, were because benefits were delayed by not just days but weeks and months.<br />
<br />
Children, families, disabled / chronic sick all ages, women not in receipt of state pension at 60 and yet half are within the working poor - all going to food banks, when this is not a daily, 7 day a week free cafe canteen as in Europe and America.<br />
<br />
Pre-payment meters electric / gas are the most expensive by £110 more a year than those paying with direct debits. So the poorest pay the most, as usual.<br />
<br />
So the poorest get food from food banks that then need electric / gas to be cooked, which costs money that then reduces the money for food.<br />
<br />
And we send food to landfill that is still edible - blog how government subsidies throwing food away, rather than subsidising the charity that supplies food banks:<br />

MY PETITION AND OTHERS CRAWL ALONG BECAUSE LACK OF EXPOSURE</h2>
Only by posting comments or writing blogs on these kind of communities on Google Plus do I get the few signatures on my petition.<br />
<a href="http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/my-story-of-my-38-degrees-petition.html">http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/my-story-of-my-38-degrees-petition.html</a><br />
<br />
Unlike Anne Keen, I cannot post as much because I am disabled and chronic sick, in an unheated home.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY THE PETITION DOES NOT GET HUGE AMOUNT OF SIGNATURES?</h2>
The Pension Bill effected 530,000 til end this year by denying state pension payout, when it can be paid whether retire or stay in your job.<br />
<br />
Far worse is to come to even more women, with nil pension money altogether from 2016, with the Flat Rate Pension that is less not more pension.<br />
<br />
Age UK did their petition, failed and will not help any other.<br />
<br />
The Pensioners Convention believe the ring fenced National Insurance Fund has been emptied to pay off the national debt, when this cannot legally be done as the NI Fund is not a tax and so cannot be used for general expenditure.<br />
<br />
The National Insurance Fund - the source of the state pension - has been full for decades, not needing a top up from tax.<br />
<br />
This despite all the nonsence about an ageing society, when humans have aged for the million years of life.<br />
<br />
It was Europe who emptied the pension funds of indebted nations to pay off sovereign debt.<br />
<br />
The UK has no debt to Europe.<br />
<br />
So we should not be obeying the EU Directive that raised the retirement age in all EU member states, because the state pension payout and law of statutory age of retirement should not together.<br />
<br />
The government ignored the Council of Europe recently informing them that the level of benefits and state pension was below the level required by the Social Contract, under international treaty law with Europe.<br />
<br />
France brought the state pension back to 60 and Europe said nothing.<br />

<div style="text-align: center;">
WHY DOES NOT A LABOUR MP OR A GROUP OF LABOUR MPs NOT CAMPAIGN TO CHANGE POLICY FOR THE ELECTION MANIFESTO FOR 2015 GENERAL ELECTION?</div>
</h2>
Look at the banned TUSC video that never got an airing on any TV channel before the May 22 council elections, on my personal website's home page:<br />
<a href="http://www.theswansnewparty.org.uk/">www.theswansnewparty.org.uk</a><br />
<br />
A Chairperson of TUSC is an ex-Labour MP.<br />
<br />
TUSC has been the only party that said the truth of the state pension, by their slogan:<br />
<br />
The state pension is not some generous gift from government to be withdrawn at whim, but deferred wages from our youth.<br />
<br />
I voted Labour all my life, as did my ancestors right back to the beginning.<br />
<br />
I have no reason to vote Labour ever again at the moment.<br />
<br />
You are missing millions of women voters by not putting in your manifesto this:<br />
<br />
- Pass law to guarantee pension payout, as Labour did in 1975, revoked by the Tories in 1993 and not brought back by Blair/Brown.<br />
<br />
- Pay back state pension payout to women turning 60 from 2013, whether in work or retired, with a tax free lump sum.<br />
<br />
- Pay monthly state pension to women at 60, turning 60 in 2015 and all those from 2013 and 2014, onwards into the future.<br />
<br />
- This ends the discrimination against women by government, who permitted women MPs, including Labour ones, to keep the pension payout at 60 from 2012, with the words 'protected from reforms'.<br />
<br />
- Work towards equalising state pension for men turning 60 from 2015<br />
<br />
- Revoke the Welfare Reform Act, Pension Bill and the Flat Rate Pension April 2016<br />
<br />
- Fund the state pension to the poor who only realise now that working less than 14 hours a week in any individual job / earning less than £109 per week in each job, has meant they have no NI credits. Whereas those on benefit got their full NI credits paid by government.<br />
<br />
- The loss of state pension to people with less than 10 years NI credits, means nil food money in old age. This will most likely hit those suffering benefit sanctions, loss or never gained who are disabled / chronic sick, and the majority reason women over 50-66 not in work is being disabled/chronic sick.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
UK PENSIONS NOTHING TO DO WITH AUSTERITY</h2>
<br />
The state pension never had anything to do with the national debt, which is an entirely different thing to a deficit.<br />
<br />
The UK has had deficits for 300 years with no problem at all.<br />
<br />
National Debt has been caused more by welfare reform admin, because of the admissions to hospitals of those becoming sicker under the stress of constant re-assessment, suffering heart attacks, becoming more mentally ill, and the rise of cases of malnutrition needing hospital care.<br />
<br />
It takes well over a month to begin to starve sufficient to need medical help.<br />
<br />
The over 60s are not listed in the unemployment statistics, despite the raised retirement age making them liable for the bedroom tax, Workfare even when disabled / chronic sic and still liable for the massive rise in benefit sanctions.<br />
<br />
Food Bank vouchers cannot be accessed by those suffering benefit sanctions or long delays, when after weeks or even a month or more told not getting any money.<br />
<br />
As Labour Leader Ed Miliband only reads about England through American websites and American aides, perhaps it is about time he listened to the old, hungry, working poor.<br />
<br />
Half of women are within the working poor, especially over 50s.<br />
<br />
A goodly amount of them will have voted Labour all their lives. No more.<br />
<h2>
<div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
WILL A LABOUR MP TAKE UP THESE PETITIONS TO INFORM WOMEN AND CHANGE LABOUR?</div>
</h2>
So I am asking Labour direct, please?<br />
<br />
Women are a lost voter base for the Tories.<br />
http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/p/male-politicians.html<br />
<br />
Will you fight to change Labour to bring about the pension justice as in this blog please?<br />

NO-ONE ADMITS THAT WELFARE REFORM IS LEAVING PEOPLE TO STARVE</h2>
In Australia today, a nation not in recession and with great wealth, all socialism is being cut altogether, all state pension gone, as the government there does not want to pay for the state altogether, to help anyone.<br />
<br />
Social medicine is on the way to being just for the rich again.<br />
<br />
The Australian government is copying the Coalition and going much further.<br />
<br />
This is the fate of the UK if Scotland does not go Free in September.<br />
<br />
And the rest of the nation if we do not manage to split Labour into merging with the new socialist parties to make one viable party, and let the New Labour section like the two Eds to run as Tory candidates in the 2015 general election.<br />
<br />
Why?<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
THE OVER 60s ARE NOT NOT LISTED IN UNEMPLOYMENT STATISTICS BY DWP</h2>
The raised retirement age means people aged 60 are liable for the bedroom tax, come under forced labour that is the slavery of Workfare, are losing benefits by never gaining them or sanctioned off food money, and even on Workfare when disabled / chronic sick and those benefits being lost as well.<br />
<br />
The loss to The Wife of the state pension payout at 60 from 2013, when benefit sanctions are massively increasing, and half of women are within the working poor, means low income people are losing food and fuel money.<br />
<br />
For no reason. Why?<br />
<br />
Because the ring fenced National Insurance Fund has been full for decades, not needing a top up from tax, despite all the hype about the supposed demographic timebomb (as if we have not aged for the million years of human life) which has had not one effect on the viability of the state pension fund.<br />
<br />
The NI Fund is not a tax and so cannot be emptied to pay off the national debt nor used by government for general expenditure.<br />
<br />
So not one penny in tax has been saved in not paying out the state pension, especially to women who lost more years since its lost payout from 2013, when the pension can be paid whilst you are still in work.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1284636950">Worse is to come by 2016. See if you lose most or all of your state pension:</a><br />
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a><br />
<br />
Women MPs, including Labour, kept pension payout at 60 from 2012 with the words 'protected from reforms'.<br />
<br />
This when the half of women who work in the public sector are suffering two thirds of the job losses, with a significant amount being early retired in their 50s on small works pensions and even smaller savings, barely able to survive in the hope of getting state pension at 60. This threatens the over 60s with hunger.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
GOVERNMENT DENY THEY ARE STARVING THE PEOPLE IN UK</h2>
Those sanctioned off benefits cannot access the mere 3 vouchers in a year to get food from food banks, because you need to be on benefits to get a voucher. Catch 22.<br />
<br />
The cheap social supermarkets starting up are only for those on benefit and not those sanctioned off benefits or never gaining the benefit. They ignored me reminding them that those without benefit and no other source of income are even more likely to starve.<br />
<br />
So if you are working poor, on zero hour contracts or unemployed at any age, losing benefit means no money to buy food.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WORKFARE'S ABSURDITIES</h2>
Because of the raised retirement age, those on benefit as deemed still of working age up to 66 are also within the Workfare system, even if disabled / chronic sick, despite not being listed in unemployment statistics beyond age 60.<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Only 3 per cent of the benefits bill is the unemployed, so Workfare also includes the half of the benefits bill that is paid to the working poor. For example, a third of Londoners are within the working poor.<br /><br />Those on benefit amongst the working poor (including half of women aged 60-66) are even forced onto Workfare, when working on too low an income part-time. <div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So on benefit, lost the paying job, and having to fork out what money exactly to work 6 months for a charity? </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
And losing disability benefit to stay in work at the same time.<br /><br />By raised retirement age, a woman cannot get her bus pass to go on this jub without wages for half a year.<br /><br />The firm cannot even give you a free lunch or a cup of tea as that is payment and therefore the firm must pay tax for your employment.<br /><br />What is Labour saying to all this. Just that there will be a revised Workfare under Labour, forcing workers onto the minimum wage, so losing living wage jobs in the firm.<br /><br />A minimum wage is not a living wage by law.<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW STARVATION IS FORENSICALLY PROVED IN UK?</h2>
<br />
Doctors in England and Wales are telling government again and again that admissions to hospital for malnutrition are on the rise.<br />
<br />
It takes at least a month to begin to starve to death, by lack of food. Dying of thirst takes much less time.<br />
<br />
Relying on family members for food, even in work, means there is the scenario of the poor trying to feed the poor, with both liable to lose benefits that is food money, because of the high cost of living to those not even a quarter of the average wage down to nil.<br />
<br />
As benefit can take not days but weeks to process, only to be told not eligible for benefits, after a lot of form filling, and with Jobcentres themselves referring claimants to food banks, then it is obvious that there is no food money for sanctioned claimants, of all ages.<br />
<br />
This also means their children, who are more and more getting the hunger symptom of Rickets, whether parents out of work (only 3 per cent of benefits bill) or in work (half of benefits bill, with pensioners the other half, when those know they could have gained benefits, as not told what eligible for).<br />
<br />
See <a href="http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/p/my-pages-on-hunger-in-uk-index-to-blogs.html" target="_blank">my blogs on how UK could feed all every day</a>, 7 days a week, with a free cooked meal and hot drink from council staffed canteens, leaving none to starve at all.<br />

<h2 style="text-align: center;">
SO WHAT IS GOING ON?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Coalition uses taxpayers' money to destroy 98 per cent of edible surplus food, with only 2 per cent of up to 400,000 tonnes of surplus food annually generated by the food industry, going to food banks.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
This is a further waste of the green taxes that are half the energy bill we cannot afford and drive people down into fuel poverty, when there are so many other more affordable and self-funding means of self-generation of electricity and gas. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/how-nationalised-utilities-could-save.html">http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/how-nationalised-utilities-could-save.html</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
So this effects, amongst many of all ages, women denied state pension payout at 60 from 2013, when half of women are within the working poor and the majority reason women over 50 not in work is due to being disabled / chronic sick and those benefits being lost or never gained, as well as benefit sanctions regime in Jobcentres.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Even worse is to come from 2016, when many women, and a lot of men, lose food money forever in old age.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
See if you lose most or all of your state pension</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Again today I met a lady born in 1963, who did not know that women's state pension had risen from 60 for over half a decade or more of life.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
</div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
GOVERNMENT COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT FEEDING THE STARVING</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Why is surplus edible food even within the green biogas electric generation power station system, called anaerobic digestor power generators?</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Not one mention is made by the industry about feeding the hungry:</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="http://www.foodmanufacture.co.uk/Supply-Chain/Banning-food-waste-to-landfill-a-political-no-brainer">http://www.foodmanufacture.co.uk/Supply-Chain/Banning-food-waste-to-landfill-a-political-no-brainer</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
A nationalised energy from waste, would not even think of denying food to the starving.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Some nations in Europe have banned food waste from landfill altogether. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Labour have said they would ban food waste from landfill, but makes no mention of saving the starving today from all the food not going to food banks. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The hungry cannot wait til 2015. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The government gives the current biogas 82 plants £29 million a year in subsidy (2013 figure), that consume 1.6million tonnes of food waste a year.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Another 213 plants have planning permission and are expected to consume around 3.3 million tonnes of food (Anaerobic Digestion and Biogas Association).</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY ARE FOOD BANKS ONLY GETTING A TINY AMOUNT OF FOOD DONATIONS FOR THE STARVING?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The charity that supplies surplus food to food banks, Fareshare, informs us that government is spending millions of pounds subsidising the construction and operation of anaerobic digestion plants that convert up to 100,000 tonnes of edlible food a year into biogas, to generate electricity.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Fareshare supplies up to 1,300 charities and community projects, but gets only 5,000 tonnes of surplus food a year.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The government pays a subsidy to biogas industry worth up to £70 for each tonne of food received. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Fareshare gets no government subsidy and so has to charge companies up to £80 for each tonne of food they donate to charities, so that the charity has the funding to store and distribute the food. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Also the donor companies have to fork out up to £60 a tonne to deliver the food to Fareshare's depots.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
THERE ARE MORE HUNGRY THAN JUST THOSE GOING TO FOOD BANKS</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Actually the numbers are swelled by those on the borderlines of hunger, if the millions within the working poor, poor pensioners, and women denied state pension at 60 when so many were made early retired from half of women who work in public sector yet two thirds of jobs lost are to women, and those in work on zero hour contracts. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Oxfam gave the figure of 13 million who struggle to make ends meet each day.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
This is proved by more and more kids getting Rickets, that is a symptom of insufficient food. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
And I followed an elderly pensioner out of my local supermarket, who had but four of the cheapest basics food range that barely covered a couple of hand spans in the trolley. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
I am beginning to think of abandoning supermarkets and eating out in cheap cafes as a cheaper option - cooked food and no electric / gas heated water / washing up liquid used at home. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY IS GOVERNMENT NOT PRIORITISING FEEDING THE STARVING POOR OF ALL AGES?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Source of this information is the newspaper you would least expect to care - The Times -whose readership are the richest in the land. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
And The Times Editorial is headed - 'Unsold Food Should Fuel People, Not Power Stations'. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
But the richest people remember human history. When the poor starve, it is never a good ending for the rich. Something politicians are immune from learning about. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Roman Emperors gave free bread to all each morning, as he knew a hungry population is a dangerous one. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
In the Editorial, we are informed that in America, government gives tax breaks to supermarkets for giving food to charity. </div>

<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Fareshare had asked for government subsidy to them, to make a level playing field, but the government replied that 'it's not seen as a priority' and further said did not know how much of the food going to landfill could have been still edible and did 'not have any plans' to investigate the scale of the problem.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
This, when up to seven million people are in food poverty. </div>

<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Europe, that creates so much starvation, actually feeds people every day, 7 days a week, with food banks that are actually kitchen canteens</div>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHERE ELSE COULD THE BIOGAS SOURCE FOOD WASTE TO ENERGY FUEL?</h2>
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
At the moment, rubbish collection is with private companies, if they were merged into all nationalised utilities, then the food waste from homes could be separately binned and collected directly by the digestor power stations. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
It is viable, as at the moment home food waste is about seven million tonnes a year. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The digestors cannot do that now, because councils do not pick up organic household waste separately from other recycling, so now making waste collected unusable by the digestors industry when mixed all up with everything else. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Examples in America (rubbish is called trash in USA) and Europe of compositing home food waste:</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="http://e360.yale.edu/feature/recyclings_final_frontier_the_composting_of_food_waste/2678/">http://e360.yale.edu/feature/recyclings_final_frontier_the_composting_of_food_waste/2678/</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY ARE SUPERMARKETS PAYING THE SUBSIDISED PRICE AT ALL OF SENDING WASTE TO BIOGAS PLANTS?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Supermarkets were in a race with each other to send zero waste to landfill.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
No-one - neither supermarkets nor government - gave any thought of surplus food going to the people, made hungry by government policies more and more each year. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
With all charitable food banks declaring about 2 million requests to food banks between 2013 and this year so far. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Would fuel poverty even exist for any, if all this food was cooked each day, 7 days a week, as they are in council canteens, who provide the meals free not only to the homeless and unemployed, but also to the working poor and poor pensioners?</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">

The fuel poverty suffered by so many as well as by half of women who are within the working poor in the UK, would be a thing of the past, bearing in mind these women include those turning 60 since 2013 who have lost food and fuel money with loss of state pension in the UK. And worse to come from 2016.</div>

Privatised power electric and gas companies, according to the regulator Ofgem, are making 10 per cent profit, which means profits have doubled in the past year.<br />
<br />
Ofgem informs that energy companies' profits are rising because the price of wholesale gas has fallen 35 per cent and are at their lowest since 2010.<br />
<br />
The wholesale gas price makes up half of an energy bill.<br />
<br />
The increase in profit margins was a serious concern of the Chairman of the Fuel Poverty Advisory Group to government.<br />
<br />
Some power companies never passed on the savings, when the government slashed the cost of green tax levies in December 2013.<br />

HERE IS THE MOST RECENT OFF THE PEG TECHNOLOGY IDEA IN SELF-SUFFICIENT POWER GENERATION</h2>

This video shows USA inventors claiming to be able to make all roads and pavements (sidewalks in American) a means to generate more than enough electricity from solar than the USA needs.<br />
<br />
Further ideas to harness the sun's power on roadways to power the street lights, is being researched in American universities.<br />
<a href="http://www.clickgreen.org.uk/research/trends/121623-pavements-to-start-powering-streetlights-with-stored-solar-energy.html">http://www.clickgreen.org.uk/research/trends/121623-pavements-to-start-powering-streetlights-with-stored-solar-energy.html</a><br />
<br />
There are lots of off the peg technologies that could make roads, homes, schools, hospitals, commercial and government buildings and towns self-sufficient in electricity generation.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW BUILDINGS CAN BECOME SELF-GENERATING IN ELECTRICITY?</h2>
<br />
The building sector is said to need about 40 per cent of world's energy.<br />
<br />
Refitting current buildings, not just new buildings, could make buildings generate more power than they use.<br />

<br />
The sewerage that comes from buildings can be used to generate electricity to make sewerage treatment works not only self-sufficient in power, but also generate power onto the National Grid.<br />

An American university is researching using a natural bug to not only process sewerage but to bring back polluted rivers and lakes from farm pollution into life. And to generate electricity to power the treatment works and power the National Grid.<br />

REAL CLEAR WORLD SITE HAS AMERICAN VIEWPOINT ABOUT THE WELFARE STATE</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Labour Leader Ed Miliband's source of political news is through the American news site Real Clear World and not British newspapers or TV news. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="http://www.realclearworld.com/">http://www.realclearworld.com/</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
And in one Daily Telegraph article listed on the Real World site relied on for news by Labour Leader Ed Miliband, is the phrase:</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #282828; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 23px;">..."There is also much fury at abuses of the welfare state" ...</span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/10858452/The-rise-of-Ukip-shows-Britain-is-full-of-anger-and-must-change.html">http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/10858452/The-rise-of-Ukip-shows-Britain-is-full-of-anger-and-must-change.html</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The welfare state is believed by the right wing to include the state pension, when UK's state pension is funded directly by contributions to the full ring fenced National Insurance Fund, that has not needed a top up from tax for decades.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Despite all the hype about people living longer, this has had not one effect on the NI Fund, as the government cannot empty the state pension fund because it is not a tax, which is what is meant by ring fenced.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
So there is no reason to raise the state pension payout age (nothing to do with law about mandatory retirement age) in the UK, as it has not saved one penny in tax and so has no place under Austerity.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1260143799">Worse is to come from 2016. </a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1260143799">See if you lose most or all of your state pension:</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
There are no articles in the American news site Real Clear World, that Mr Miliband relies on for political news, that welfare reform is abolition of the welfare state in England and is causing starvation sufficient to be admitted to hospital or that the vulnerable are committing suicide or dying soon after being deemed fit for work. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The bougeoisie view that the welfare state was being abused by 100 per cent of able bodied in and out of work and the disabled and chronic sick of whatever age, is throughout the political website that Ed Miliband relies on for news information.</div>
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
</h2>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR LEADER ED MILIBAND SAYS READS BRITISH NEWS ONLY THROUGH AMERICAN SOURCES</h2>
<br />
Through the original newsfeed of Buzzfeed, we learn that Labour Leader Ed Miliband does not read British newspapers or watch British news on television.<br />
<br />
What Labour Leader Ed Miliband learns about England is through what his aides tell him, he informed us.<br />
<br />
And Ed Miliband is also currently reading the left wing French economist Thomas Piketty, that is just about how much of a nation's wealth has been held by the rich, and not how many people starved in poverty by what a government policy does. <br />
<a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2642733/I-dont-read-British-news-Miliband-rejects-touch-claims-admits-hes-interested-US-politics-baseball-happening-UK.html">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2642733/I-dont-read-British-news-Miliband-rejects-touch-claims-admits-hes-interested-US-politics-baseball-happening-UK.html</a><br />
<br />
The Daily Mail aimed at Mr Miliband's aides with the article:<br />
Revolt over Ed Miliband’s £20k bill to take an ‘army of aides’ on trip to Middle East<br />
<div>
<a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2608699/Revolt-Ed-Milibands-20k-bill-army-aides-trip-Middle-East.html">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2608699/Revolt-Ed-Milibands-20k-bill-army-aides-trip-Middle-East.html</a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
And so did The Sun with their allegation:</div>
<div>
Ed aide has no work permit</div>
Labour's US poll guru faces probe call<br />
<div>
<a href="http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/politics/5405904/Miliband-aide-paid-by-Labour-is-working-without-a-permit.html">http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/politics/5405904/Miliband-aide-paid-by-Labour-is-working-without-a-permit.html</a><br />
<div>
<br />
And again within The Daily Mail article:<br />
Ed is losing England, says top aide<br />
<h2>
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">... "Mr Miliband studied politics at Oxford and then became a special adviser. 'It's not about whether you know the price of a pint of milk or whether you can eat a sandwich properly,' ... 'But it is about having some understanding of people's lives.'<br />Read more: <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2639097/Ed-losing-England-says-aide-Labour-leader-make-emotional-case-voters.html">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2639097/Ed-losing-England-says-aide-Labour-leader-make-emotional-case-voters.html</a></span></h2>
With a final comment to the article that said... "Oh how I wish it were England that is losing Ed. I'm sure his brother can find him a place near him in America." ...</div>
<div>
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
MR MILIBAND'S VIEW OF WORLD HAS VERY LITTLE INFORMATION ABOUT ENGLAND</h2>
So a snapshot of the World page on Real World Politics news site, today, shows very few articles on England.<br />
<br />
With few about Labour.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
NOW WE KNOW WHERE LABOUR LEADER ED MILIBAND'S VIEW COMES FROM THAT COST OF LIVING ONLY EFFECTS THOSE IN WORK</h2>
<br />
So this is at odds to the rest of the buzzfeed article which informed:<br />
..."<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #222222; font-family: cambria, georgia, serif; line-height: 26px;">Ed Miliband was in Nottingham last Tuesday when a man approached him to say that his part-time job at a petrol station wasn’t paying enough to take care of two children. This is an anecdote of the sort Miliband is always telling in his campaign to lower Britain’s cost of living, but what the man said next was “chilling.”</span><br />
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #111111; font-family: cambria, georgia, serif; line-height: 26px;"></span><br />
<div style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #222222; font: normal normal normal 18px/26px cambria, georgia, serif; line-height: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 12px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 6px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #111111; font-family: cambria, georgia, serif; line-height: 26px;">“He was really, really desperate because he felt couldn’t properly provide for his family,” Miliband recalls. “He was thinking of ending it all because he just couldn’t make ends meet."</span></div>
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #111111; font-family: cambria, georgia, serif; line-height: 26px;">
<div style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; color: #222222; font: normal normal normal 18px/26px cambria, georgia, serif; line-height: 1.4em; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 12px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 6px;">
And near the end of the article says:</div>
</span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #222222; font-family: cambria, georgia, serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 26px;">... "In the course of a 45-minute interview, conducted in a packed standard class carriage, Miliband told BuzzFeed why he’s convinced that the cost of living crisis is still very real despite the economic recovery, why he eschews 24-hour TV news in favour of Thomas Piketty, and how he’s come to understand why decent people would vote UKIP." ...</span><br />
<div>
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #222222; font-family: cambria, georgia, serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 26px;"><br /></span></span></div>

AUSTERITY NEVER HAPPENED</h2>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEia3XWIcMYNRoMPTavv3nk3MyDfVHS87HaKxsqt28FoQ-1jdlqEwFY6PzY1rqyk639ZRUVeyPQoCjIVzttcZYBBvSZnb6rVawxlZqWj3wId_E3Pg1vhFf7JFeeOGfK0ANaWJ_WPCOy7XmI/s1600/Beany+Mac+poster.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEia3XWIcMYNRoMPTavv3nk3MyDfVHS87HaKxsqt28FoQ-1jdlqEwFY6PzY1rqyk639ZRUVeyPQoCjIVzttcZYBBvSZnb6rVawxlZqWj3wId_E3Pg1vhFf7JFeeOGfK0ANaWJ_WPCOy7XmI/s1600/Beany+Mac+poster.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
With the constant massive waste of taxpayers' money by the billions on welfare reform aka end of the welfare state, Austerity has never happened.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Welfare reform has cost more by the billions, so there cannot be a national debt or else we would have gone the way of Greece long ago.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
People over 60 are not listed in the unemployment statistics, yet are just as liable for the slavery of Workfare and benefit sanctions as all ages, even when equally disabled and/or chronic sick and losing those benefits as well.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Pensioner groups believe that the loss of payout of women's state pension at 60 and men at 65, is because the National Insurance Fund has been emptied to pay the national debt.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The full National Insurance Fund is ring fenced only for state pensions and has not needed a top up from tax for decades.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
This despite all the hype of more people living to 100 than ever before. In fact, people living longer has had not one effect on the viability of the state pension at all.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The National Insurance Fund is not a tax, so government cannot empty the Fund, whjich is what is meant by the term 'ring fenced'.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
If the Fund was empty, how come women MPs kept pension payout at 60 from 2012, when we, the public, lost the payout for 6 years from 2013.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Worse is to come from 2016, leaving many women, and a lot of men, with nil benefits and no state pension for food and fuel money forever.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1585098622">See if you lose most or all of your state pension:</a></div>

<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
NEW SOCIALIST PARTIES OFFER SOMETHING, BUT NEED TO OFFER MORE TO GET ELECTED</h2>
<div>
SY.RIZ.A won in Greece in the Euro Elections. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Why the dots? </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Because SY.RIZ.A is a coalition of many socialist little parties into one big party, with an excellent speaker as their leader.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
SY.RIZ.A is the official opposition in parliament in Greece.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The new socialist parties now would do better to begin a charm offensive to wean Labour and The Greens councillors to leave those parties and join the new socialist parties, as sitting councillors.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
If a sitting Labour or Green MP can be turned to the real socialists even better.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The socialists might better call themselves the Anti Hunger Party and set up shop in empty shops on the high streets, many of which have been empty since the recession hit.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
As Gandhi observed, People's Politics Are Their Daily Bread.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1585098625">Symptoms of Starvation on my home page</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="http://www.theswansnewparty.org.uk/">www.theswansnewparty.org.uk</a></div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
If all the new little socialist parties just merged all their manifestos and became just one party that by bulk sourcing fed those on benefit, sanctioned off benefit, poor pensioners and the working poor, then they might just turn current politicians to them?</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW GET SOCIAL JUSTICE FOR THE POOR AND PAY OFF NATIONAL DEBT?</h2>
<div>
Might it be asked of the new socialist parties to all agree on offering when come to power in 2015, as a single merged party of you all:</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
1) Ending current welfare admin by benefits and sanctions. Saves tens of billions of pounds. For working poor, unemployed, pensioners, disabled or chronic sick. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
2) Shutting down that part of Department of Work and Pensions about benefits and shutting down all the Jobcentres. (Don't worry managers will easily find other work, and basic grade staff will be absorbed in other frontline services). </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
3) Pay state pension at 60 to men and women, whether they stay in or retire from work. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
4) Back-date pension payout, as a tax free lump sum, to women who began their loss of state pension payout from 2013 (only 530,000 women til end 2014) at the current state pension rate. And to men from 65.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
5) Pay the increased state pension back-linked to average wages from 2015 by monthly pension to new and current claimants, whether in work or retired, and whatever level of NI Fund contributions in life. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
6) Start as new claimants paying state pension to men at 60, from April 2015, whether retire or remain in work.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
7) End all benefits sanctions regime, assessments, fit for work etc ad nauseum that cause starvation in adults and children. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
8) Pay a universal citizen wage to all adults from 18, in or out of work, not means tested so minimal admin, til 60.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
9) End all green taxes on energy bills, so halving the bill and so ending fuel poverty.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
10) End all subsidy on the private profit making nuclear power and all other forms of power generation. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
11) Nationalise all utilities and profit will then be called self-funding. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
12) Use off the peg technologies to make all big buildings, towns and even the roads self-generating in electricity, so massively cutting the cost of energy to people and business. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
13) Sewerage and water can also generate electricity. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
14) Nationalised landfill can generate electricity and make methane gas so no need for fracking. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
15) Energy from waste provides jobs and electricity to towns. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
16) Bring law on minimum wage to a living wage, requiring firms to cut management costs to make viable.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
17) Make non-citizen migrant and citizen equal in living wage in law. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
18) End House of Lords, soon to grow to 2000 Peers on expenses, and sell the building for luxury serviced apartments (only if rented out, not left empty to fall derelict).</div>
<div>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">
NO BENEFITS, NO STATE PENSION</h2>
Yet to get any interest at all from any party, in payout of state pension at 60 for women lost since 2013, and kept by women MPs (including Labour and The Greens who both express total lack of interest in the topic) since 2012.<br />
<br />
See if you lose most or all of your state pension from any current political party and law bills passed or due in 2016:<br />
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a><br />
<br />
To clarify, there is no point in me belonging to any political party as I am too brassic, old, disabled, too ill now (more like rip van winkle syndrome in tiredness from illness) and no party offers me and 530,000 women like me since 2013, our women's state pension at 60.<br />
<br />
More council election results about socialist parties on me personal website <a href="http://www.theswansnewparty.org.uk/" target="_blank">THE SWANS</a> on May 22 and the truths said by TUSC, including being the only party who have ever said:<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
State pension is not a generous gift from government </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
to be withdrawn at whim,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
but deferred wages from our youth.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
From a ring fenced National Insurance Fund full for decades, not needing a top up from tax, after people paid 12 per cent of their wage all their working lives in NI contributions, along with their boss paying their share.</div>

THE SWANS NEW PARTY - THE PARTY THAT NEVER WAS</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
During last and this year, the gagging law that ends petitions and charitable campaigns 12 months before an election (there is always some local or national election going on) was a piece of legislation coming into force at an unknown date.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
It is believed now the gagging law will come into force in September 2014 (oddly just in time for the Scotland Independence Referendum on 18 September 2014).</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
What the gagging law means, is that petitions are deemed to be political, even if not done by a political party and just by people.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
So I wrote up, as a piece of creative writing, a whole new political party and called it The Swans new party, as a protective 'shell' for my petition: <a href="http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/my-story-of-my-38-degrees-petition.html">http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/my-story-of-my-38-degrees-petition.html</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Swans new party has no formal sign up with the Electoral Commission and no costs, as you do not need it if you are not going to field candidates for an election.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
But The Swans new party also made it possible for me to have a Google Blog as well.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY A DIFFERENT PETITION TO PENSION BILL PETITIONS?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The website 38 Degrees (itself threatened by the gagging law from September) is a petition website, with 2.5 million members.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
From blogs / forums came across and signed Anne Keen's petition to revoke the Pension Bill and give women their state pension at 60 and men at 65 now.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/revert-to-the-governments-promise-regarding-no-increase-in-the-state-pension-age-until-2016-2012">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/revert-to-the-governments-promise-regarding-no-increase-in-the-state-pension-age-until-2016-2012</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
As the rise in retirement age effects me, taking my house bills money that now is being paid by fast disappearing little bit of savings, then reading up about pensions was of very great interest me.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
I fast realised that revoking the Pension Bill was not enough, although it would have helped the 530,000 women who have lost payout of state pension at 60 from 2013 and to end 2014, like me.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Worse is to come to those women who are not 60 til after April 2016,</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
As well as women like me those not being paid their state pension from 2013 by the raised retirement age (and men not gaining their state pension at 65 now).</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Flat Rate Pension 2016 and other pension changes, directly effects men and women, meaning many will be left with no money in old age at all.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Flat Rate Pension is not more pension, but less, even to the only 30 per cent who will get the flat rate of all retiring after April 2016.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The rise in retirement age means those who had been coming up to retirement were pushed past 2016 for state pension payout.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Flat Rate Pension ends Pension Credit, SERPs and State Second Pension. This is a substantial cut, not a rise in state pension.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
You can get your state pension payout without having to retire from work.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The retirement age rise put extra burden on your wages (12 per cent per year National Insurance as well as your 20 per cent tax band) as well as struggling firms in a recession, whilst losing women around £40,000 of state pension payout for 6 years, forever. So paying more, for less.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The raised retirement age saves no money to government at all, because it does not come from general taxation, but from the ring fenced National Insurance Fund that has been well funded for decades.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/p/moral-theft-of-womens-state-pension.html" target="_blank">See my blog: http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/p/moral-theft-of-womens-state-pension.html</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
For many women and a lot of men, the Flat Rate Pension ends the state pension altogether.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_573008481">See if you lose most or all of your state pension:</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHAT ELSE IS IN MY PETITION TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM NO MONEY IN OLD AGE FOREVER?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Within my petition are many other things other than the Pension Bill and the Flat Rate Pension, important those bills are to ending state pension provision for many.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
It includes the loss of women's state pension as housewives, widows or divorcees altogether meaning nil money, as also those with 10 years or less National Insurance credit history will get no state pension at all.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
This means also means no Pension Credit or Winter Fuel Allowance either. Nor Cold Weather Payments as these women may not get benefit either.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; text-align: center;">

AUSTERITY IS DONE BY LABOUR AND THE GREENS</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
This is what Austerity means.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
England has 80 per cent of Austerity Cuts yet to come.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Even from Labour, as proved by Ed Balls, Shadow Chancellor, saying again and again that Labour will just continue Tory spending plans and be even harder on welfare reform than even the Tories, as all mainstream parties have lumped the state pension in with welfare.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Labour sacks Labour councillors if they vote against cuts budgets in a council.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Greens did Austerity in the one council they rule, Brighton, a town with poor students, working poor and poor pensioners in its centre and in its suburbs.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Greens are the green taxes that are half your energy bills and 60 per cent of your petrol bill.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
As neither Labour and The Greens offer the old anything other than continuing hunger and freezing in our own homes, then looked about me to see other parties that could help all ages.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Because it is the over 60s who shop in town centres, and so the payout of state pension would have contributed to keeping young peoples' jobs in the high street, now more and more just ghost towns.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR AND THE GREENS JUST OFFER MORE HUNGER AND PEOPLE FREEZING FROM UNAFFORDABLE HEATING BILLS FOR HOMES</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Labour and The Greens will just continue the meteoric rise in use of UK food banks, themselves a cruel irony of just 3 vouchers in a year, because elsewhere in the world local councils / charities canteens together offer 7 days a week a free cooked meal and hot drink to mostly the working poor and poor pensioners, as well as the far fewer minority of unemployed / homeless of all ages.</div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
And the people going to food banks are not just the mere 3 per cent of the benefits bill that is the unemployed, sanctioned off food money altogether.</div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The majority of people going to food banks are those in work and poor pensioners, who themselves are within the working poor.</div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Half women aged 60-66 are within the working poor, losing benefits to top up flat-lined wages back down to levels of 2002 as to cost of living.</div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The majority of women aged 60-66 who are not in work is due to being disabled / chronic sick and those benefits being lost, just as the state pension was also removed. So what happens to you if accident or illness takes you out of even minimum wage work? </div>
</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
SO WHAT IS MY SWANS NEW PARTY WEBSITE USED FOR NOW?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
My website seeks socialism to win in 2015 general election, so that hunger ends in England.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
And my website promotes a Yes Campaign for a Free Scotland, to also save the Scots, but especially the disabled, chronic sick and the elderly from austerity obsessed London.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Many things we take for granted today and being lost more and more each day now, are down entirely to socialism alone.</div>

<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">

Not least, only socialism gave women the right to be human to the state, instead of having no rights other by permission of men and being sub-human in law.</div>

TORIES AND UKIP HAVE MORE CAMPAIGNING FUNDS</h2>
<br />
The Tories are on course to become debt free as a party for the first time in the party's history.<br />
<br />
The Electoral Commission might be able to declare the Tory party debt-free by August.<br />
<br />
In 2010, the Tories spent around £17 million on campaigning for the general election.<br />
<br />
UKIP has some of the richest people in England as donors.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR DEEP IN DEBT</h2>
Gordon Brown's New Labour suffered defeat because Labour voters just folded up their arms and did not vote for any party in 2010.<br />
<br />
In 2010, New Labour had spent £8 million on general election campaigning.<br />
<br />
Now Labour has debts of around £12 million, according to the Electoral Commission, by end 2013.<br />
<br />
Labour is in the process of losing the automatic signing-up of millions of union members to the Labour party.<br />
<br />
UNITE union (biggest contributor to Labour) will cut its donation to Labour to around £1.5 million by affiliating just 500,000 members of its 1 million members, and review the number annually.<br />
<br />
Why does not UNITE take all of its members' affiliations now from Labour?<br />
<br />
The GMB union has already cut funding by £1 million to Labour.<br />
<br />
Why does GMB not take all affiliations now?<br />
<br />
Labour's massive debts makes them dependent on union cash.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW TRADE UNIONS COULD SAVE LIVES FROM MAY 22, AS WELL AS FROM 2015?</h2>
<br />
Labour's ageing voters are conservative on welfare and immigration, and more likely to be within the squeezed middle, so that is why Labour is the party losing votes to UKIP, not the Tories.<br />
<br />
Labour does not represent the working class today at all, who actually are made up of:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>working poor, </li>
<li>poor pensioners (with all sources of pension or lack of it giving income below £12,299 a year (2012 figure), </li>
<li>half of women 60-66 in working poor, losing state pension payout at 60 and worse to come from 2016.</li>
<li><a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now" target="_blank">See if you lose most or all of your state pension: https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a></li>
<li><br /></li>
<li>homeless / unemployed / enslaved in Workfare young people</li>
<li><br /></li>
<li>disabled and chronic sick losing benefits, forced onto Workfare slavery even above 60</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
This working class is at least 13 million who struggle to make ends meet each day.<br />
<br />
Why are trade unions not putting forward a billboard poster campaign to give brand awareness to a party with trade union in the party name and union members within it?<br />
<br />

<br />
And other parties with a socialist agenda for the working class, that offer such things as rising wages of council frontline staff by cutting management pay:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIaZuWN8nTXwv3TZvxWqxgoG8MHVVE7rVm0dAEywxAPfWUJ81ek8Cq2yeLj3jUMQYd9XyJoOxgZcVEEtEMPVzMOq70ofXXODxVrOsEzmHwCSAZuIpFL6Pty_xeK_5_FMnduzIiqvQFNsc/s1600/Mebywon+kernow+poster+SMALL.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIaZuWN8nTXwv3TZvxWqxgoG8MHVVE7rVm0dAEywxAPfWUJ81ek8Cq2yeLj3jUMQYd9XyJoOxgZcVEEtEMPVzMOq70ofXXODxVrOsEzmHwCSAZuIpFL6Pty_xeK_5_FMnduzIiqvQFNsc/s1600/Mebywon+kernow+poster+SMALL.jpg" /></a></div>

<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
ASK YOUR TRADE UNION TODAY TO TAKE AWAY AFFILIATION FROM LABOUR</h2>
<br />
So why are you, as a union member, not asking your trade union to disaffiliate your membership from Labour?<br />
<br />
Ask your trade union why they they are not paying for more billboard posters and newspaper advertising for such socialist parties as the above?<br />
<br />
Below are some of the reasons why Labour is bad for you.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR IS NOT THE PARTY OF THE WORKING CLASS</h2>
<br />
Labour began welfare reform, brought in Atos that pays no corporation tax, invented the Bedroom Tax, will continue Tory spending plans and be even harder on welfare reform than the Tories in 2015, and will continue Workfare.<br />
<br />
Labour agreed with the welfare cap, driving people out of homes in London and so losing best opportunity for work. <br />
<br />
New Labour brought in the sanctions regime and replaced unemployment benefits with the Jobseekers Allowance, where the Jobcentres refer sanctioned claimants now to food banks.<br />
<br />
Labour has never once said about leaving people with no money for food by sanctioned benefits to young families / old / disabled/sick / young homeless.<br />
<br />
In a nation where food banks only feed you 3 times in a year.<br />
<br />
Whilst everywhere else in the developed world, the poor are fed every day in local government / charity canteens giving a free cooked meal and hot drink.<br />
<br />
The economic recovery is mostly just happening down in London.<br />
<br />
UK is a leader in low pay, with a legal minimum wage nowhere near a living wage and way down the league of the developed world as a percentage of the average UK wage of £31,000 per year.<br />
<br />
Low pay has flat-lined down to the levels of 2002 and before.<br />
<br />
The economic recovery is being driven by insecure money from low income self-employment, zero hour contracts, part time casual of the working class today (people below half of average wage around £31,000 per year) and so hitting hardest:<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>less-qualified, </li>
<li>young people, </li>
<li>women and </li>
<li>ethnic minorities.</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
Half of people in poverty are those in work.<br />
<br />
Labour has again and again sacked Labour party members, who as councillors have voted against council funding cuts to frontline services.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW LABOUR MPs COULD BECOME SOCIALIST TODAY?</h2>
<br />
If Labour MPs actually cared about the working class, then sitting Labour MPs would convert immediately to the socialist parties offering the wellbeing of millions of people today and running on those party tickets for 2015 general election.<br />
<br />
And Labour MPs would support the socialist candidates running for councillor posts in May 22 elections of such as TUSC.<br />
<br />
Will they?<br />
<br />
<br />

CURRENT PARTIES ARE THE SAME PARTY TODAY</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Tories, Labour, Lib Dem and Greens parties agree with the rise in the retirement age in a recession.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
This does not help the nation's economy but puts financial burden on struggling firms in paying National Insurance and into works pensions for years longer, whilst the payout to staff is reduced by many years.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
You do not need to retire to gain payout of state pension.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Worse is to come with the Flat Rate Pension, that is not more pension, but less, and for many, especially women, no money in old age altogether. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
This Bill also ends the housewife's pension, Pension Credit, SERPs, State Second Pension, and a small pension at 80 and nothing for widows.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1478589401">See if you lose most or all of your state pension:</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a></div>
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY ALL CURRENT PARTIES AGREE AS IF ONE PARTY?</h2>
<br />
We forget that back in the 1980s, senior members of the Labour Party split from Labour and joined the Liberals, to form the Lib Dems that replaced the Liberal party.<br />
<br />
So inside the Coalition government today with the Tories, is a part of the Labour party within the Lib Dems.<br />
<br />
Just learned that Lib Dems not worth putting a cross on your ballot paper, as just lost a local election again, with only getting 67 crosses. So please do not waste your cross, make it count.<br />
<br />
The Tories and Liberals a 100 years ago, agreed together to begin the Workhouse and bring in the New Poor Law that killed 5 million working people in the 19th century, being as the inmates were treated as harshly they were in prison, including walking the dreaded treadmill that if you stopped, broke your foot, without mercy for great age past 70.<br />
<br />
In 1930s Labour had forced worker camps, only closing them and destroying the paperwork about them when Hitler opened them in Germany for ethnic German forced labour.<br />
<br />
This is the history of the present Workfare, forcing any age, and including the disabled and chronic sick, to work for profit making companies for no wages, and with taxpayers paying profit making firms to take on this unpaid labour.<br />
<br />
The Greens, like all other parties, agree with Austerity, and enacted it in the one council, The Greens rule, Brighton, within its town boundaries mostly students, working poor and low income pensioners. The Greens are part of the cause of fuel poverty as half the energy bill is energy tax. Around 30,000 elderly die in unaffordable unheated homes each winter.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHO IS OUT THERE FOR MAY 22 ELECTIONS - COUNCIL AND EUROPEAN ELECTIONS?</h2>
<br />
There are other parties to choose on your ballot paper on May 22 for some local council and all UK for European Elections.<br />
<br />
Check you are eligible to elect someone by checking up to deadline of May 6. Link on my home page as below link at foot of this section.<br />
<br />
These alternative parties are the ones who really care about the working poor and low income pensioner that are 97 per cent of the benefits bill, yet go hungry with less than £20 a week left after bills for food, so causing kids suffering Rickets from lack of sufficient food. <br />
<br />
The rise in employment mostly being in London, still people getting below a living wage because:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>part time / casual, suffering cut housing benefit by welfare cap or because cannot increase hours from part time to full time,</li>
<li><br /></li>
<li>zero hour contracts, something like 1 million workers, and</li>
<li><br /></li>
<li>low income self employed.</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
The 3 per cent unemployed, including disabled / chronic sick losing disability / sick benefit:<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>with disabled / chronic sick forced onto dole money for just 6 to 12 months then nothing, </li>
<li>where the chronic sick and disabled will stay, now that companies since April 6th 2014, no longer get reimbursed for long term sickness absence (more than 4 weeks).</li>
</ul>

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
It costs (2013-14) £700 a year to buy back NI credits, but does not give you a right to benefit if you fall out of work, as only class 3 stamp so only towards your state pension (<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now" target="_blank">rising from current 30 to 35 years NI contribution for those retiring after 2016</a>). </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
If you do not claim benefit or contribute through your job into NI credits, for two tax years, you cannot claim contribution based benefit again in your lifetime.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<div>
Each job is kept separate for NI credit history, unlike your tax affairs. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Add on the reality of rules now meaning less than 10 years NI credits, no state pension, and there is the perfect storm for older workers now over 45, with no money in old age at all.</div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Those on benefit - unemployed or disabled related - get NI credits free (actually they are paying all the stealth taxes at a 90 per cent taxation rate, but that is rarely mentioned by those with anti-welfare rhetoric).</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
TORIES PLAN EARNINGS TAX </h2>
<div>
If the Tory change happens of an 'Earnings Tax', then the unemployed and disabled will get no NI credits and, just like the Flat Rate Pension from 2016, will mean the final death knell of the welfare state. Leaving people, as before 1945, with no money at all.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Even the Roman Emperors knew well enough to feed people every day, with free bread each morning. Peasants have throughout history been the engines of change. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Many people have only now woken up to the fact that jobs of less than 14 hours per week / earning less than £109 per week (2013-14) have not been paying NI from their employer and from themselves. So no rights to benefit if fall out of work and no state pension. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
As the rise in employment is insecure low income self employment, part-time casual work, zero hour contracts and a legal minimum wage below a living wage, and that mainly in London, when the government is cutting housing benefit to workers unable to move from part-time to full-time jobs, then the loss of state pension to the wife at 60 is not helpful at all. </div>

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
NATIONAL INSURANCE FUNDS STATE PENSIONS</h2>
<div>
A lot of right wing newspapers (especially articles published in the Daily Telegraph and Daily Mail), and even chartered accountants, have a belief that benefit and state pensions come from current Income Tax payers in work.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Bearing in mind only 26p in the pound comes from Income Tax to government.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
And 75 per cent of personal taxation is gained by government, from all the stealth taxes that people all pay, in or out of work and however long we live. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Examples:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Insurance premium tax, </li>
<li>alcohol and cigarettes, </li>
<li>VAT even on food in supermarkets or from vending machines - </li>
<li>examples: your meal on aircraft, ship, train </li>
<li>and such as yoghurt, desserts, crisps, savoury snacks, </li>
<li>hot food take-aways, ice cream, soft drinks, </li>
<li>confectionary, soft drinks and mineral water.</li>
<li>VAT standard rated for meals for hospital staff and visitors, but not the patients. </li>
<li>Noticed Kindle books charge VAT whereas print books do not. </li>
<li><a href="http://www.birminghampost.co.uk/business/business-news/budget-2014-call-vat-housework-6758453" target="_blank">20 per cent VAT</a> on getting a builder for housing renovation and repair work. </li>
</ul>
</div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
<br /></h2>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
NATIONAL INSURANCE IS NOT A TAX</h2>
<div>
National Insurance is not a tax, but a contribution at 12 per cent of your wage within your 20 per cent Income tax band.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
By not being a tax, the NI contributions are not available for general expenditure by the government. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
If government borrow from the NI fund's surplus, the loan is limited in its use and charged an interest fee. </div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
NATIONAL INSURANCE AND PUBLIC SECTOR WORKS PENSION CONTRIBUTIONS ARE RING FENCED</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The NI fund (according to Steve Webb MP, Minister for Pensions) is ring fenced.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The confusion may arise from state pensions and public sector works pensions being thought of together.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
But even with public sector works pensions, they are a contribution based works pension and not all paid from general taxation to council or national government pensioners. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Many council pensions are well funded, so less liability to the taxpayer.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Despite what media tell you, the average male council pension is £4000 a year and for women £2,800, as bulk of employees are low waged frontline staff. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Only politicians' works pensions has one of the biggest burdens on current taxpayers, in contributions and payout.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The NI Fund is kept in surplus and there has been no requirement to top up from general taxation for decades.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The NI Fund is kept at surplus to have at least 'cash in hand' equivalent of eight weeks expenditure.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
AS NATIONAL INSURANCE FUNDS STATE PENSION NO EFFECT BY SCOTLAND'S INDEPENDENCE ON ENGLAND OR SCOTLAND PENSIONERS</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
This is shown by the Department of Works and Pensions recently confirming that if Scotland becomes independent after 18 September Referendum in Scotland, this has no effect on future and current state pension payout.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Whether a Free Scotland will payout state pensions at 60 to women and men remains to be seen?</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
UK STATE PENSION AMONGST LOWEST IN DEVELOPED WORLD</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The UK state pension is one of the lowest in the developed world, on a par at fourth to the bottom, alongside Mexico, out of 42 countries, when looked at as a percentage of average wages (in UK around £26,000-£31,000).</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The UK is in breach of international treaty law under the Social Charter, informs the Council of Europe and the state pension should be £138 per week, and this sum is under review as investigation does not factor in welfare reform and the bedroom tax. The Coalition government has ignored this and kept the state pension at its low rate, <a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now" target="_blank">and from 2016 many new claimants will get loss not more. </a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
In Scotland, the Free Scotland Yes Campaign say they will invest oil revenue as they do in Norway in a sovereign oil wealth fund, from which protected annual income from the investments Norway funds its state pension. The UK never invested their oil revenue, but just spent it.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So Scotland will have its own share of the ring fenced NI fund. </div>
<div>

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The same Gordon Brown as prime minister who ruined the works final salary pension for by taxing the pension providers. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Today, the Coalition want to tax private pension providers, taking around £35 billion from the investments. </div>

CORNWALL - MEBYON KERNOW PARTY</h2>
Labour is not the party of the working class and has not been for decades.<br />
<br />
Here is anotyher party <a href="https://www.mebyonkernow.org/policies/policy.php?id=19" target="_blank">Mebyon Kernow for Cornwall</a> to elect on May 22 in council elections, that will help the real working class, which is all folk below at least £15,000 per year money coming in, abandoned by all other parties:<br />
<br />
- working poor unable to feed the kids<br />
<br />
- poor pensioners<br />
<br />
- disabled / chronic sick losing benefits<br />
<br />
Especially as Mebyon Kernow offer to replace Council Tax with a tax based on your money and not just the same for all.<br />
<br />
And raise the lowest wages of council staff, by cutting the salaries of top management.<br />
<br />
You can get your state pension payout and stay in work if you want.<br />
<br />
Mebyon Kernow help those women who lost benefit and / or in working poor, reached 60 in 2013 and lost payout of state pension as well.<br />
<br />
Worse is to come in 2016.<br />

THE MILLIONS GOING HUNGRY AND COLD WHO NEED TO VOTE NEW</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
I followed a pensioner with a trolley with only 4 small items in it, the other week out of the supermarket.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Pensioners, like many adults of all ages, can end up with not even £11 per week left for food. Believe me, you cannot get much for that. It is not even a couple of days of fish and chip takeaways.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">

<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
The Trussell Trust said 1 million referrals came to them by recommendation 2013-to date 2014. But The Trust only deals with half of food banks. So at least 2 million accessed food banks from last year to this.</div>

The rest of the hungry follow me to the aisle with food past its best before date in the supermarket, and the bakery trays with that day's end date. You don't see us eating fresh vegetables and fruit, only wish we could afford it.</div>

People believe that the 1.3 million who have early retired are lucky, when the most usual way to cut public sector jobs long before 2010, was to early retire women at 50 and above (55 in last few years) in lieu of redundancy. Women took this option, because at least they had a monthly income, and not just a lump sum of one week's wages per year of service.</div>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY LABOUR IS A TORY PARTY?</h2>
<div>
We are told, if you don't put your cross on your ballot paper for Labour, you will get Tories.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Ed Balls, Labour Shadow Chancellor, has confirmed that Labour will just continue Tory spending policy and be harder on welfare reform than the Tories if elected.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The word reform is supposed to mean to make something better, not to abolish and leave people penniless and hungry. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
We forget that Ed Balls was Gordon Brown's speech writer (Newsnight interview with Jeremy Paxman) and that Ed Miliband was in New Labour's Cabinet.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
It was Labour who began welfare cuts, brought in Atos and the Bedroom Tax. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The rise in need for Food Banks began under Labour as far back as 2005. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Food Banks are only 3 vouchers in a year, whilst Labour does not query why we, in UK do not feed the working poor, poor pensioners, and those benefit sanctioned with one free cooked meal and hot drink 7 days a week, as in Europe and America. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Labour agreed with the Tories on the Welfare Cap, including 30 of the 41 Labour MPs in Scotland. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
In Scotland, the SNP had austerity and welfare reform imposed upon them despite the majority MSPs going against. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The SNP pay Scottish people's Bedroom Tax and the Scottish have Free Prescriptions.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The SNP have made many proposals that will help the disabled / chronic sick in a Free Scotland after a yes majority on Scottish Referendum on 18 September 2014. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Link on my home page through clicking on election posters at foot of my home page for Scottish Referendum on 18 September 2014: <a href="http://www.theswansnewparty.org.uk/">www.theswansnewparty.org.uk</a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
After 13 years of Labour rule before 2010, welfare benefits were lowest in northern Europe and Labour consistently agreed that sanction benefit cuts could be done to disabled and / or chronic sick.</div>

Labour agreeing with Workfare and saying will continue it, is from far back in Labour's history and within a generation of Labour's beginnings.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
In the 1930s, Labour set up work camps and forced the unemployed to be sent to them or go hungry, only closing them down and getting rid of the paperwork trail that showed their existence, when Hitler's Nazis did the same to their unemployed in 1930s Germany. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
in UK in 1930s there were 25 work camps with 200,000 forced labour sent to them:</div>

HOW PENSION REFORM KILLED OFF THE HIGH STREET</h2>
<br />
Town centres are where the working poor, unemployed and pensioners shop.<br />
<br />
Shown by amount of bank and building society branches, post office and charity shops all along the high street, mostly pedestrianised for slow walking elderly, who may also be disabled and / or chronic sick.<br />
<br />
The low / no waged are the ones coming into town to shop, shown by the amount of Poundlands and the like in town centres.<br />
<br />
So with benefit cuts and the loss of state pension at 60 for women from 2013 (so far to 530,000 women and onwards) there has been a huge loss of footfall to town centre shopping.<br />
<br />
Worse is to come with the Flat Rate Pension, that is not more pension but less and in many cases nil income in old age altogether.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1335041941">See if you lose most or all of your state pension:</a><br />
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a><br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY?</h2>
<br />
Also my the online petition is against the loss of higher age related tax allowance at 65 from 2013, again withdrawing money for shops on the high street.<br />
<br />
So if you are between 18 and 45, this online petition affects your chance of work from all the empty shops, staying empty for years with councils wasting funds in putting cardboard murals pretending the shop is full of customers.<br />
<br />
Look about you on the high street, see how many women there are of the Baby Boomers (born between 1945 and 1965) looking after the grandkids or helping their elderly parents to shop.<br />
<br />
All these are lost customer footfall that could bring shops back into business, if only they had had their state pension payout (and works and personal pension at that) at 60 for women and 65 for men.<br />
<br />
The rules mean you can stay in your job if take state pension payout. Why not all kinds of pensions?<br />
<br />
Businesses not paying National Insurance or into a works pensions or person continuing to pay into personal pension.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />

UK STATE PENSION IS BELOW LEGAL LEVEL BY EU LAW</h2>
<br />
The Council of Europe informed UK government that the level of state pension was too low, under international treaty law with the EU, and should be £138 per week, not the around £102-£110 it is now.<br />
<br />
UK government has just ignored this fact and continue to be in breach.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
PRIVATE PENSIONS STILL LEAVE THE OLD WITH LESS THAN £11 PER WEEK LEFT FOR FOOD</h2>
Private pensions lost massively with the crash in value of annuities and now that the rules have been changed for a larger lump sum, annuities will now have no value. It will also mean that the monthly payout from private pensions will reduce, by the larger lump sum.<br />
<br />
Politicians have thought someone with savings of £20,000 in the bank was wealthy, when this is merely two years of house bills money, by what finance boffins said (2012 figures so more now) pensioners need on average to prevent fuel and food poverty.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
PENSIONERS TO BE TARGETTED FOR CLAIMING PENSION CREDIT</h2>
Strange to relate, but Tory pensioners who have been forced to claim Pension Credit (to those who know of its existence) which is only about £35 per week anyway, will be called scrounging fraudsters for claiming this benefit when means-testing would deny them that little bit of food money.<br />
<br />
So hitting hundreds of thousands of pensioners, who will be hit research via HM Revenue and Customs from this month, April 2014.<br />
<br />
So this admin will probably cost more than the alleged £170 million being lost by giving this small amount of food money to pensioners.<br />
<br />
Of course, many pensioners without any other income are not aware they have the right to claim Pension Credit.<br />
<br />
As these pensioners have been paying 12 per cent of their wages all their working lives (some for as long as half a century in work since early teenagers) in National Insurance, and the wife has lost pension payout at 60 and may lose all pension from 2016, then this money is being taken from hard earning taxpayers, not scroungers.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_781783390">Pensioners will lose, even at 80, from 2016.</a><br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_781783390">See if you lose most or all of your state pension:</a><br />

THE YES CAMPAIGN GAINS GROUNDS EACH DAY</h2>
The No campaign keeps trying to tell the Scots what they would lose, so negative campaigning, which never works.<br />
<br />
The Yes Campaign relies on positive campaigning, of the gains to the Scottish people.<br />
<a href="http://www.snp.org/referendum">http://www.snp.org/referendum</a><br />
<br />
One gain, is to the Scottish elderly and disabled, who would be free of the obsession to leave the poor to starve of all current parties down in England.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FOR HUNGRY ENGLAND OF A FREE SCOTLAND?</h2>
58 of the 59 Scottish MPs come to Westminster and support Labour or at least not the Coalition.<br />
<br />
With a Free Scotland, Labour loses 41 MPs who have seats in Scotland, and thus will not have enough MPs to form a government in 2015, against the 299 Tory MPs (only 1 Tory MP up in Scotland).<br />
<br />
And Labour lose these 58 Scots coming down to Westminster.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
THE END OF LABOUR IN ENGLAND HELPS ALL PENSIONERS AS WELL AS WORKING POOR / DISABLED / CHRONIC SICK OF ALL AGES</h2>
Labour did not bring back their 1975 law that guaranteed pension payout, revoked by the Tories in 1993.<br />
<br />
Nor did Labour think that pensions were a priority for funding and pensioners were thus unimportant, during the two terms in office, back to back.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1465434441">See if you lose most or all of your state pension, even at 80, from 2016</a><br />
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a><br />
<br />
Labour in power in 2015 would cause the same every increasing hunger in England, Wales and Ulster, by its stated policy of continuing the Coalition's austerity and welfare reform, that is causing obvious indicators of widespread starvation, by the return of Rickets in children.<br />
<br />
Labour gave up on its voters who invented the party when it became New Labour in the 1980s.<br />
<br />
Labour today is still New Labour.<br />
<br />
At no time has Labour ever said that food banks are not enough, and there should be the daily free cooked meal and hot drink for all working poor, unemployed and low income pensioners, paid for and cooked by council canteen staff. As done in Europe.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW VOTING NEW WILL ACTUALLY CHANGE ENGLAND FOR THE BETTER IN 2015 AND MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE?</h2>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Tory MPs are fearful of losing seats in the north of England in 2014 and 2015.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
UKIP are not taking Tory votes, but Labour votes in local elections so far. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
So a Free Scotland gives the best chance for the election of the Left Unity Party in 2015 general election.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Now is the time to join and help organise the socialist Left Unity Party. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
No other party will end starvation in England, Wales and Ulster. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
I am not a member of any political party. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Not least because I have not got a pot to piss in and am too ill to do much more than be a blogger. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
But I see no help from anywhere else for millions like me and worse off, facing or suffering our own personal fiscal cliff down into the abyss of no money for food.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<br />
A stage along the road, is to vote on May 22, 2014 in England and nationally:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>No2EU in the national European Elections, and </li>
<li>TUSC (a party - Trade Unionist and Socialist Against the Cuts - that only exists during elections, strangely, yet backed by trade unions like RMT) in the local city elections </li>
</ul>
<br />

<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LOSS OF BENEFITS CAUSES UK STARVATION</h2>
The Trussell Trust has informed they had, in the year 2013 to date in 2014 helped with 3 days' emergency food parcel around 1 million people by vouchers recommending them from some authority or other.<br />
<br />
This must indeed be a Titanic sized tip of the iceberg of Hungry Britain.<br />
<br />
Because if you are hungry one day, you are hungry every day, with nil income from sanctioned benefits for weeks or losing them altogether, with obviously no other source of money to buy food by the huge surge in the number of food banks since 2010.<br />
<br />
We expect the Tories to do this (along with the Liberals now within a Liberals and Labour merger party now called Lib Dems) as they did it in the 19th Century with forbidding giving food to the homeless starving by the New Poor Law.<br />
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
With benefit loss and loss of state pension payout at 60 for women from 2013, when half women 60-66 are within the working poor and majority reason women 60-66 not in work due to disability / chronic sick, then women are even worse off than men.</div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_1465434425">See if you lose most or all of your state pension even at 80 from 2016</a></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now">https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now</a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Meanwhile, women MPs kept pension payout at 60 and all MPs get the exact same amount women have lost from 2013 as an 11 per cent pay rise in 2015 general election year.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR WILL CAUSE JUST THE SAME HUNGER IF VOTED INTO GOVERNMENT IN 2015</h2>
<br />
But all Labour can say today, is that many people are missing out on the beginnings of the economic recovery, instead of Labour stating the fact that it is welfare state abolition (and what else could leaving people with nil income for food).<br />
<br />
The need for food banks began to rise under Labour's government back in 2005, when Labour began welfare reform, brought in Atos and invented the Bedroom Tax.<br />
<br />
Ed Balls, Labour Shadow Chancellor, has confirmed again and again that Labour in government would just continue Tory welfare reform, even harder than the Coalition now, causing the old, disabled, chronic sick and working poor to starve each and every day. Rickets in children is rising, an ailment caused by starvation.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
THE MILLIONS WHO NEED TO VOTE NEW IN 2014 AND 2015 IN THE UK</h2>
I followed a pensioner with a trolley with only 4 small items in it, today out of the supermarket.<br />
<br />
Pensioners, like many adults of all ages, can end up with not even £11 per week left for food. Believe me, you cannot get much for that. It is not even a couple of days of fish and chip takeaways.<br />
<br />
The Trussell Trust state that 4.7 million people live in food poverty, yet Oxfam tells us that 13 million people struggle to make ends meet each and every day.<br />
<br />
See my Blog post on Voting in Local city elections and European Elections May 22, 2014.<br />
<a href="http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/how-socialists-could-prove-care-about.html">http://theswansnewparty.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/how-socialists-could-prove-care-about.html</a><br />
<br />
Same parties to vote for in 2015 general elections, that will be the only ones who will feed everyone, leave few homeless on the street and end Austerity and Welfare Reform, that just added to national debt, whilst causing greater ill health by debt and hunger.<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HUNGRY ONE DAY, HUNGRY EVERY DAY - HOW THE UK LEAVE THE NATION TO STARVE</h2>
<br />
As the Trussell Trust, along with other anti-poverty charities, say that the UK government is breaching international law by violating the human right to food, then the government should be doing what is done throughout Europe.<br />
<br />
In Europe, not just charities, but local government, provide daily free cooked meals and hot drink not just to the homeless on the street, but the majority of those being fed being the working poor on the way to work and impoverished pensioners, suffering ever greater cuts to their pensions (both from state and works pensions).<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
PENSIONERS LIKE THE YOUNG HAVE NO CURRENT PARTY WHO CARES LESS</h2>
<br />
In the UK, the same is being suffered by current pensioners and those denied state pension payout (you can receive payout whilst remaining in work) by UK state pensions not linked to average wages, the loss of value of annuities to get a decent payout from a private pension, and many who lost works pensions when companies went bust.<br />
<br />
The average council pension is not even £4000 for men and around £2000 for women.<br />
<br />
Many Austerity public sector job cuts were gain by early retired in their 50s in lieu of redundancy in the around 1 million job losses already lost or due gone by 2018. Two thirds of these job losses are to women.</div>

AROUND 4 MILLION UNDER 30s AND WOMEN AGED 60 FROM 2013 COMING OFF OR NEVER ON ELECTORAL ROLL</h2>
<br />
In 2010 last general election, over 60 per cent of under 30s did not vote.<br />
<br />
Why should they, as all the under 30s are offered is slavery under Workfare for nil wages, with private profit making companies being a burden on the taxpayer.<br />
<br />
Today, there is no point in women aged 60 since 2013 in voting for any party, with the loss of state pension payout, whilst women MPs have kept the payout and the exact same sum taken as an 11 per cent pay rise for all MPs from 2015 general election year.<br />
<br />

<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW APATHY ACTUALLY IS CAUSING US BEING LEFT PENNILESS WHILST MPs ENJOYING ARISTOCRATIC LIFESTYLE ON US?</h2>
<br />
At the moment, few people participate in politics by joining a political party and help organising it.<br />
<br />
Even fewer bother to come out and vote.<br />
<br />
Then we face becoming penniless, homeless and starving as a result.<br />
<br />
Or even check you are on the electoral roll (see how to make sure registered to vote through my personal website home page - <a href="http://www.theswansnewparty.org.uk/">www.theswansnewparty.org.uk</a> )<br />

Only government can pass laws or bring about guidelines that would save our lives.<br />
<br />
Right now, all the current political class are an enemy to vast majority of the citizens of the UK, who are eligible to vote.<br />
<br />
Even The Greens did severe Austerity in the one council The Greens rule, Brighton, a town largely of poor university students, working poor and low income pensioners.<br />
<br />
Meanwhile, true socialist parties just bicker and argue and so show they actually could not care less about all those who are dying today, and who they could save in 2015.<br />
<br />
So how could they change and save our lives?<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
HOW A MERGED SINGLE PARTY COULD PROVE THEY CARE ABOUT SAVING OUR LIVES?</h2>
There are parties that have put out candidates, got a good measure of media exposure or have some trade union funding.<br />
<br />
If all their manifestos were merged and just blanket agreement of whatever already agreed in those parties, then campaigning could begin by advertisements paid by trade unions (all of them bar none) today, to put out leafletting and billboards. especially on bus stops, to inform the millions suffering today.<br />
<br />
This also proves trade unionism is serious about being anti-Austerity.<br />
<br />
To gain membership and to gain the voters for this new merged party, everyone else is ignoring by the millions.<br />
<br />
Even Tory pensioners are about to be hit again, by doing them for fraud for asking for Pension Credit, whilst receiving a private pension, when even with this little money, most pensioners have not even £11 per week left over for food.<br />
<br />
The state pension is below the legal level under the Social Charter of £138 per week as it is (as well as benefit for people of all ages who should also be getting that money), whilst UK government ignores the Council of Europe informing Coalition they are in breach of international treaty law by only £102-£110 state pension. Pension Credit is around £35 per week (?)<br />
<br />
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now" target="_blank">Even worse is to come with the Flat Rate Pension from April 2016, that is not more pension but less and even for millions no state pension at all and nil income in old age, </a><br />
<br />
<a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now" target="_blank">E</a><a href="https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/state-pension-at-60-now" target="_blank">ven to someone turning 80 from 2013 losing a little £66 per week (sum 2014) pension as new claimant.</a><br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHICH PARTIES SHOULD MERGE AND PROVE THEY CARE?</h2>
<br />
- <a href="http://www.no2eu.com/?page_id=562" target="_blank">No2EU</a> - trade union backed - endorsed by the late lamented Wedgwood Benn and Bob Crowe).<br />
<br />

including my grandparents and then my elderly parents right up to their passing in 2011.<br />

<br />
Even The Independent, that has a major speaker for Left Unity Party, does not mention the party much, including in its cheaper paper, The I.<br />
<br />
This merged party, could then begin the task of persuading Labour voters and Labour party members to join this new party.<br />
<br />
Then to encourage sitting Labour MPs to change allegiance and sign up to the new merged party and run as candidates for the new merged party in 2015 general election.<br />
<br />

HOW VOTING UKIP WOULD CHANGE LABOUR?</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Although there is a left wing anti-EU party called No2EU, funded and backed by UK trade unions, it is nowhere in the news, like UKIP is practically every day.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Three parties in the UK offering anti-EU vote on May 22, 2014 European Elections, are on my home page of my yet unformed party, The Swans new party </div>
<div>
<a href="http://www.theswansnewparty.org.uk/">www.theswansnewparty.org.uk</a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
UKIP won, in the polls, when Nigel Farage had a televised debate with the Lib Dems Nick Clegg on the European Elections, to be held in the UK on May 22, 2014.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Hardly a week goes by without Nigel Farage, UKIP Leader, being in the news.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR IS CHASING LABOUR VOTERS DESERTING THEM FOR UKIP</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Labour has changed out of all recognition to the party before the 1980s and back to when it was invented at the turn of the 20th Century, just before the First World War.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The reason Labour has changed is that Labour is chasing the UKIP vote, especially in the north of England where the Tories are in terminal decline, as happened to the Tory party in Scotland (only 1 Tory MP now left up there).</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
UKIP is the party gaining the blue collar pensioner vote, that voted Labour in their youth, with 70 per cent of UKIP's membership being pensioners.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
OLDER VOTERS ONLY ONES LEFT VOTING</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
As 60 per cent of young people (under 30s) do not vote and over 4 million young people are not on the electoral roll, then it is the over 50s who are the majority left voting in the UK.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So the voters between 40 and infinity could change Labour.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
How?</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Incredibly, by Labour voters coming out in great numbers and voting UKIP in the European Elections on May 22, 2014.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Why?</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Labour will then change its policy on EU membership and give the voters a referendum on Europe in its general election manifesto for 2015.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Another way to change both Labour and UKIP is for </div>
<div>
women aged 60 since 2013, </div>
<div>
men at 65 since 2013 losing the higher age related tax allowance, and </div>
<div>
all the men and women being left with nil income forever in old age, </div>
<div>
to sign my online petition, </div>
<div>
before the gagging law ends all petitions soon.</div>
<div>

DISABLED INDEPENDENT LIVING FUND ENDS IN 2015</h2>
<br />
In England, the Independent Living Fund that helps the disabled remain in work and live independent lives in their own home, ceases being funded from next year, 2015.<br />
<br />
The Fund has been closed to new claimants since 2010.<br />
<br />
Half of women aged 60-66 in the UK are within the working poor, and those benefits being lost.<br />
<br />
A third of Londoners are within the working poor and being driven out of London with such policies as cutting housing benefit if you cannot move from part-time to full-time work.<br />
<br />
You could have had your state pension payout at 60 for women and still remain in your job, but the Pension Bill took the state pension payout at 60 away to up to a third of a million women since 2013.<br />
<br />
Worse is to come with the Flat Rate Pension, that is not more pension but less or nil income altogether in old age, especially to women.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_2011153896">See if you lose most or all of your state pension</a><br />

<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WHY SCOTTISH DISABLED NEED A FREE SCOTLAND?</h2>
<br />
The Scottish government has announced that the Scottish Independent Living Fund (SILF) will continue even though London government ends the funding in England and rest of UK next year, 2015.<br />
<br />
The SILF will be re-opened to new claimants as well as kept for current users, so that the disabled can remain independent living in their own home, stay in work and have access to education and training.<br />
<br />

<div style="font: 7.0px 'Lucida Grande'; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;">

<br />
To fully be able to make this possible, only in an independent Scotland can the Scottish government have the full powers to protect vulnerable people and help them in work and in life.<br />

60 PER CENT OF UNDER 30s DID NOT VOTE IN LAST GENERAL ELECTION</h2>
Nearly two thirds of young people did not even bother to vote for any political party in 2010 last general election.<br />
<br />
It is said around 4 million UK young people (18 - 30 years of age) are not even signed onto the electoral roll.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
ALL CURRENT POLITICAL CLASS HAVE LOST VOTER TURNOUT IN UK</h2>
Voter turnout by all ages is on a downward death spiral in the UK.<br />
<br />
The Tories have alienated their core vote, but only a third changed their vote to UKIP, in amongst a mostly elderly voter group.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
Labour did not lose the last general election in 2010. </div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
What happened in 2010, was traditional Labour voters of all ages just folded up their arms and voted for no political party.</div>

The Greens enacted Austerity in the one council the Greens rule, Brighton, that is a town with a large student population and young working poor families.<br />
<br />
Labour is the party of the squeezed middle (average wages of between £26,000 - £31,000 per year) and has collaborated with Coalition government's huge tax and benefit losses and lost pension payout to women in both the working poor and squeezed middle.<br />
<br />

<br />
The Labour party is not the party of the true working class who are:<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>the working poor, </li>
<li>that include young single people suffering Workfare even under Labour</li>
<li>young families who encompass the many Londoners being priced out of jobs in the one city that has economic growth in the recession in the UK,</li>
<li>as well as half of women aged 60-66 who are within the working poor</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
and the disabled and chronic sick of all ages losing benefits:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>majority reason women aged 60-66 are not employed, </li>
<li>along with children and young adults not able to work, </li>

IS THE NEW LEFT UNITY PARTY A SOLE HOPE FOR MAJORITY OF UNDER 30s IN THE UK 2015 GENERAL ELECTION?</h2>
<br />
The Greens appear to be a party of the young, yet it is their green agenda which has made energy bills unaffordable to the many.<br />
<br />
The Greens believe in Austerity and Welfare Reform, by what they have done in Brighton, where they are the party in power in the council.<br />
<br />
By young people joining as membership and being involved in policy commissions in the new Left Unity Party, young people can focus the party on gaining interest in voting again in the UK for all ages, but especially the youngest that are the future of any hope of a people voting democracy in the UK.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
IS THE NEW LEFT UNITY PARTY THE SOLE PARTY OFFERING THE END OF STARVATION IN THE UK?</h2>
<br />
Gandhi observed that People's Politics Are Their Daily Bread.<br />
<br />
With over 13 million people struggling to make ends meet each day in the UK today, and the starvation caused by welfare reform get ever deeper, in the one nation in Europe not providing free cooked meals and hot drink each and every day to the hungry, who are the working poor and low income pensioner in the main, then Left Unity Party could save the voting habit in the UK, in a way no other party could.<br />

SCOTTISH INDEPENDENCE YES CAMPAIGN</h2>
Watching a lady at the SNP Conference in Aberdeen, talking for the Yes Campaign, a retort from the Englishman was a laugh out loud moment.<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/goog_2038346184">Yes Campaign website:</a><br />
<a href="http://www.yesscotland.net/">http://www.yesscotland.net/</a><br />
<br />
The Englishman cited that history showed people did not vote yes to independence in the world.<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
AN ENGLISHMAN NOT KNOWING HISTORY</h2>
<br />
An example the Englishmen cited was just plain silly.<br />
<br />
He said that Czechoslovakia stayed together, when the two nations separated into the Czech and Slovak Republics on 1 January 1993.<br />
<br />
You just look at your next weekend trip to Prague that is in the Czech Republic.<br />
<br />
And went on as if Scotland has been ruled by England throughout history, when it only became part of England in 1707 AD after about ten thousand years of Celtic occupation, when any man lived in the British Isles.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
STILL TODAY KEEP MEETING WOMEN WHO THINK THEY ARE GETTING STATE PENSION AT 60 OR NEXT YEAR</h2>
<br />
As few people bother to read the news in print or online or watch the news on TV, with not one interest at all in politicians or politics save when MPs fiddle their expenses, then people do not know what is about to befall them until it is too late.<br />
<br />
Pensioner bashing is done by all parties, including The Greens who are the source of fuel poverty from half of unaffordable energy bills made up of green taxes.<br />
<br />
The Pension Bill (all of them since 2010) took payout of pension to women reaching 60 from 2013 (a third of a million so far) when women MPs have kept the payout at 60 if within 10 years of 60 unlike the rest of us, and all MPs gain exactly the same lost amount to women of state pension, as an 11 per cent pay rise in 2015 general election year.<br />
<br />
There is worse to come with the Flat Rate Pension, that is not more pension but<br />
nil income in old age, especially to women and to a lot of men.<br />

NOW WE KNOW LABOUR IS JUST ANOTHER TORY PARTY</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Incredible but true. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
An article in the Daily Telegraph, the arch blue Tory newspaper, on 8 April 2014, calls Ed Miliband as a more hopeful prophet, whilst saying the plan put forward at a local speech by him was broadly similar to one produced by Tory Lord Heseltine in the past.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Lord Adonis describes the plan as Heseltine on steroids.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
But the article did confirm that London has almost all the signs of the nation's recovery, in contrast to the rest of the UK, along with the majority of government's transport infrastructure investment. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR IS THE PARTY OF THE SQUEEZED MIDDLE NOT THE POOR</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Labour's cost of living only appears to deal with the squeezed middle, as offering the middle class better jobs in the vain hope this will offer a ladder of opportunity to the working poor.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
A squeezed middle where pay rises are being to happen will not be interested in Labour. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Incredible for a Daily Telegraph article they cited that Labour was not for blue collar workers not on a living wage, with the reports published by the Joseph Rowntree Foundations that people are choosing whether to eat or heat and falling into rent arrears because of the bedroom tax.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Describing Labour as viewing those in the north of England as an anachronistic race of <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/lifestyle/cartoons/andy-capp/andy-capp---tuesday-8th-3384495" target="_blank">Andy Capps</a> preserved in beer and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Woodbine_%28cigarette%29" target="_blank">Woodbines</a>. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR MAKES THE MISTAKE OF CHASING UKIP</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
If Labour win in 2015 to form a government, then UKIP could profit by the unpopularity of Labour's term in office by winning the 2020 general election, as the article stated that of the 100 seats giving a potential future of more UKIP votes, 72 were held by Labour, including Ed Miliband's seat.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
LABOUR OR UKIP - BOTH MORE PAIN FROM WELFARE REFORM AKA ABOLITION OF WELFARE STATE</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
As Ed Balls has said they will just follow Tory spending plans, as shown now by the Heseltine on steroids idea by Labour for regional decentralisation, then there is no point in voting for yet another right wing party.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
NEITHER LABOUR NOR UKIP OFFER THE WORKING POOR AND LOW INCOME PENSIONER ANYTHING</h2>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
As Labour is appearing in articles in the true blue Daily Telegraph, in an article also extolling the virtues of UKIP, then we can see that we have a tweedledee and tweedledum alert of exact clone political parties of each other to the right of politics.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Amongst the working poor, are the half of women 60-66 on wages flat-lined to 2002 levels.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The majority reason women aged 60-66 not in work is due to disability and / or chronic illness and those benefits being lost or never gained.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The Bedroom tax impact pensioners by the raised retirement age, meaning if one partner is below 66 for women and older or older for men, then they suffer the Bedroom Tax.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Whilst MPs can get away with expenses scandals, profit on house sales without paying capital gains tax, and getting a second home expenses of £20,100 per year of whole houses of spare room subsidy.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The Pension Bill was bad enough. Worse is to come with the Flat Rate Pension in 2016, which is less or even nil income in old age altogether, especially to women.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>

COALITION PROMOTE THAT THEY CARE ABOUT DISABLED TO NATIONS ABROAD WHEN LEAVING DISABLED PEOPLE DESTITUTE AT HOME</h2>
A report by the Commons International Development Committee has praised efforts by international development ministers to promote disabled rights.<br />
<br />
But further said the Committee should use Britain's international influence to prevent the disabled people remaining the poorest of the poor and facing appalling abuse.<br />
<br />
It is hard to believe that politicians are portraying the UK has caring about the poor disabled, when the experience of hundreds and thousands of disabled people in the UK is exactly the opposite.<br />
<br />
What disabled rights, when so many are sanctioned off benefits and the cruel assessment procedure that Atos has mostly run away from, other than for the new disability benefit, Personal Independence Payments.<br />
<br />
<br />
<h2 style="text-align: center;">
WELFARE REFORM HAS HIT OLD SICK AND DISABLED HARD</h2>
<br />
Half of women aged 60-66 are within the working poor, on wages flat-lined to 2002 levels.<br />
<br />
The Bedroom Tax hits pensioners if one partner is below the raised retirement age, especially for women losing over half a decade of state pension payout (around £43,000 over 6 years).<br />
<br />
Housing and welfare benefit cap hits those deemed to still be of working age, by the rise in retirement age.<br />
<br />
The majority reasons women aged 60-66 are not in work is due to disability / chronic sick and these benefits being lost or never gained.<br />
<br />
Without state pension, cannot access Winter Fuel Allowance.<br />
<br />
Without benefits, cannot access Cold Weather Payment.<br />
<br />
The Pension Bill was bad enough.<br />
<br />
Worse is to come with the Flat Rate Pension, that is not more pension but less or nil money in old age altogether. With the end of Pension Credit, SERPs and State Second Pension, so less additional pension that you might have hoped.<br />
